11th Grade SAT Sentences

In the comments section of this post, I have put the rest of the words, definitions, and example sentences. It won't let me post up the Hangeul definitions. :(

Homework Assignments for 11/9-11/13

9A:

Due Tuesday: Composition Due: You must write an interpretation of the allegorical meaning of 'Doubting Castle.' Explain the story's personification and symbolism. It should be typed in 12 point font, 1.5 spacing, and it must contain all the necessary details.

Wednesday and Thursday: You must study for your test over the Faith, Hope, and Beauty Units.

Friday: Test.

In addition to that, I will be giving you a Poem Poster Project. This poster project will be due on Tuesday, 11/17.

9B: Due Tuesday: Your comprehension questions for 'Doubting Castle'

Due Monday: Read 'Easter Wings' and 'The Altar' (229) and do the comprehension questions.

10B:

SAT Homework

SAT10-- Next week, you will have TWO SAT classes because Tuesday and Friday's schedule are switched.

You should finish all your example sentences for the vocab words this Monday.


SAT11- You should finish all your example sentences for the vocab words this Monday. We will continue to work on them in class. You also must be ready to turn in your essay evaluations on Monday

10th Grade Weekend Homework Assignments

10A and 10B:

DUE MONDAY: Read 'Upon His Departure Hence' on 181,182 and The Destruction of Sennacherib on 183.

10A, you must have the comprehension questions for these poems finished by Monday.


10B, you must have these questions done by Tuesday.

9th Grade Weekend Homework

9A
Due Monday: Read 'Faith' (p.361) and 'Hope' (p.390) in your textbook and then do the comprehension questions for the poem.
Due Tuesday: Read 'Doubting Castle' (355-360) and do the comprehension questions for the story.

9B
Due Tuesday: Read 'Faith' (p.361) and 'Hope' (p.390) in your textbook and then do the comprehension questions for the poem.

You should also read 'Doubting Castle' (355-360) because we will be covering that once the Field Trip is over.
